Baby Skin Friendly

To help protect delicate baby skin, we apply a soft embroidery backing to the reverse of the design. This creates a smooth barrier between the embroidery stitches and your baby's skin.

After a few washes, the backing may begin to soften and peel away. This is completely normal and expected. By this stage, the embroidery will have softened, making it comfortable to wear without the backing.

This extra step is one of the ways we help ensure our personalised clothing is as gentle and comfortable as possible for your little one.

Care Instructions

  • Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
  • Turn garments inside out before washing where possible.
  • Air dry where possible to avoid tumble drying.
  • Iron inside out on a cool setting. Do not iron directly over the embroidery.

As personalised items are made especially for you, they cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or we've made an error with the personalisation.

Delivery Information

As every item is personalised and embroidered especially for you, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be carefully made before it is dispatched.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the UK.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email. If you've selected a tracked delivery service, your tracking details will be included.

Personalised Orders

Please check all names, spellings and dates carefully before placing your order, as we embroider exactly what you enter.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help if embroidery has not yet started.
