As every item is personalised and embroidered especially for you, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be carefully made before it is dispatched.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the UK.

Delivery costs and available delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email.  If a tracked service is used, tracking details will be included.

Personalised Orders

Please check all names, spellings and dates carefully before placing your order, as we embroider exactly what you enter.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.  We'll do our best to help if embroidery has not yet started.
